On August 11,2018, the Youth Group of St. Paul's hosted a "Build a Burger" fundraising event. This event was open to the community and well attended. With the generosity of our youth group and community members, the proceeds from this event were used to purchase
necessary items for foster children in Iosco County. (See pictures below)
Youth Activities for the upcoming months:
- November 4th: Xscape Quest (ages 8 and up), 4347 Bay Road, Saginaw. Sign up sheet is posted
- November 10th & 11th: Annual Bake Sale All children are asked to provide 5 dozen cookies, and package them in smaller quantities. This is our only fundraiser and helps to minimize the cost of future events.
- November & December: Adopt a Foster Child for Christmas. Sign-up sheet is posted in the fellowship hall.
- December 6th: The youth will be preparing the Advent dinner. It will be kept simple but will need help in setting up, serving, and cleaning up afterwards.
- December 30th: Saginaw Spirit, Dow Event Center. Sign-up sheet is posted.

St. Paul's Youth purchase items for Christmas to wrap and
provide to children less fortunate.
The St. Paul's Youth plan monthly activities and assist with events within the church such as preparing and serving Advent and Lent dinners as well as assisting with the Mary Martha Craft Show bake sale. They are often accompanied by other members of the congregation who wish to join in their activities. In December the Youth traveled to a Saginaw Spirit Hockey Game and in January the Youth are planning a trip to the Shrine Circus. Back in October they traveled to Johnson's Giant Pumpkin Farm.
